Answer recorded: Mr. Dodds explained that Emergency Services had been consulted regarding the access to the overall complex development, including the proposed development. The fire chief walked the site and made recommendations to improve access for Emergency Services, which are being implemented by the developer.

Answer recorded: Ms. Toffolo advised that the Notice of Variance was posted to all of the neighbours within the minimum required radius and was also distributed to any potentially impacted properties and no concerns were received. She noted that the outdoor space was located at the front of the property and no units would overlook the outdoor space. She did note that there were homes across the street, however, she does not foresee the outdoor space being any more disruptive than with any normal activities.
