DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- The registry contains 26-198 to 26-209. Procedural entries include the agenda, three sets of prior minutes, the closed session and adjournment.
- 26-202 advances Heritage Centre advocacy; 26-203 approves the 2027 capital budget; 26-204 approves the Heritage Centre land-application letter. Each is unanimous with six votes in favour.
- 26-207 conditionally awards West 40 industrial subdivision Phase A to Pilitak for $5,973,152 excluding GST, with five votes in favour. The total project budget becomes $7,280,393.42.
- 26-208 awards KBL five years of transfer-station and landfill services for $28,605,840 excluding GST, with four votes in favour. Collection remains with the City and contract negotiations follow.
