DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Original ten-page minutes and three-page registry record 29 entries, 19-308 through 19-336, including 24 substantive decisions, nominations and appointments, 19-312 through 19-335. Procedure is separately excluded. November 26 motion 19-339 subsequently approved these minutes.
- The swearing-in section explicitly says None. This sitting does not establish an opening oath or every member’s legal start date. The six-member roster includes chair Bell, while the registry records six unanimous votes; the unresolved chair/tally discrepancy prevents individual reconstruction.
- 19-312/313 appointed Brewster Deputy Mayor and Awa alternate. 19-314 through 19-330 established committee and board roles, including members who were absent. Appointment to a committee does not establish participation in this meeting.
- 19-331 appointed Nattaq the Mayor’s Search and Rescue representative; its later rescission changed this role rather than his Council seat. 19-332 cancelled December 24 Council, 19-333 appointed Brewster to the Chidliak working group while declining an honorarium, 19-334 approved Canada Learning Week and 19-335 supported an NRI research application.
