  1. Three entries 19-345 to 19-347 include one substantive approval. 19-346 approved SK 19-014 for three development parcels and a road parcel on Lot 1, Block 205, Plan 2997. The meeting ran noon to 12:05 p.m.; all motions are marked unanimously carried without named voter lists.
  2. Staff described a follow-up to Planning and Development November 28. Brewster said the emergency meeting was to help the proponent work toward securing a loan. Approval is not proof of a loan, completed subdivision or construction.
