DECISIONS AND ISSUES

January 28, 2020 motion 20-18 adopted Engineering and Public Works #05 minutes dated December 11, 2019. Flaherty abstained because she had not attended. This establishes her stated absence, but not the complete committee roster.
December 13 Council accepted the Engineering recommendation and approved the 2020 Capital Spending Plan as 19-380. The committee recommendation and Council approval are distinct stages. Original committee motions, attendance and discussion remain held.
