DECISIONS AND ISSUES

January 28, 2020 motion 20-19 adopted Finance #04 minutes dated December 12, 2019. Flaherty abstained because she had not attended. No full committee attendance list or individual positions are reconstructed from that later approval.
December 13 Council separately approved garbage and property-tax increases and a payroll contract following its Finance report. These Council outcomes do not substitute for the committee’s own motion inventory. Original committee minutes remain held.
