DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Nine entries 20-01 to 20-09 include seven substantive decisions or recommendations. 20-02/03 gave first and second readings to mechanically produced mayor-signature By-law 883; final reading followed March 10.
- 20-04 approved a Cemetery Advisory Committee structure; 20-05 recommended Akumalik as committee chair. These are committee roles, not appointments to elected seats. 20-06 recommended a GN letter requesting a cannabis store, distinct from later site-specific store support and territorial licensing.
- 20-07 recommended Brewster and Awa for the June FCM conference, with Sheppard alternate; 20-08 recommended Lucassie for an IBC program, with Awa alternate. These nominations do not establish travel or attendance at the events.
- The Mayor’s Local Hero Award recognized Amarinda Inga Alainga and 123 Go! Bell described planned Norway travel with the CAO from the mayoral travel budget, not a numbered travel award or final expense statement. No elected-member resignation, seat appointment or oath is recorded.
- The reviewed uploaded registry records six unanimous votes against six members including chair Bell. Outcomes are indexed collectively; the chair/tally discrepancy prevents assigning individual support.
