DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Ten entries 20-15 to 20-24 include two substantive readings of land-disposal By-law 884 for Lot 118, Plan 674. Agenda, six minute approvals and adjournment are procedural. The printed main title says Council #02 but running headers and archive say #03; count one meeting.
- 20-17/18/19/20/21 name Sheppard, Stevenson and Bell for, with Flaherty abstaining because she had missed those earlier meetings. Bell was participating remotely and Brewster was chair; Bell’s votes are not evidence of chair voting. These are procedural votes, not land-disposal votes.
- A request for traditional Inuit burial near Best Point was referred to the Cemetery Committee without a new numbered approval of a burial site. Ecole des Trois-Soleils expansion was presented; projections and design discussion are not an approved contract or completed school.
- The minutes’ references to January 14, January 20 and December 13 meeting numbers conflict with some archive labels. Dates and motion sequences are retained; no duplicate attendance event is inferred.
