DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Nine entries PD20-01 to PD20-09 include five substantive recommendations. The complete five-page minute copy is embedded in the May 12 Council agenda package, not a separate committee listing. Its approval line is blank; Council 20-121 later records minute approval.
- PD20-02 recommended increasing an Apex bed-and-breakfast from four to six accommodation units. Staff estimated water use would remain below 2,000 litres daily. This is a dated service estimate, not new reservoir storage or verified current consumption.
- PD20-03 recommended a site-specific metal-siding policy exception for Plateau lots 214/215. PD20-04/05 recommended first and second readings of land-disposal 885 for Al Woodhouse Road. PD20-08 recommended a $215,000 equity lease for Qaujigiartiit Lot 118. Council February 11 separately acted on these recommendations.
- Sheppard’s departure preceded all substantive motions despite his conflict being described as an in-camera item. No substantive vote is attributed to him. No elected-seat appointment or resignation is recorded.
