DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Six entries 20-46 to 20-51 include two substantive decisions. 20-47 accepted wellness reallocations including $11,500 for Joamie skiing and snow sailing and $5,000 for Pairivik’s country-food feast after funds were no longer needed by the Food Centre. Allocation is not verified payment.
- Following a legal closed session, 20-50 directed a ten-year lease agreement for Building 1085 additional office space. January 20 authorized negotiations; this later direction is not a second independent lease or proof the agreement was executed.
- Closed session ran 12:15–12:31 p.m.; adjournment 12:32. No elected-member departure, appointment or oath is recorded.
