  1. Fourteen entries 20-52 to 20-65 include twelve substantive items. Complete eleven-page minutes are embedded in the April 28 Council package. 20-52 agenda names six for and Lucassie opposed, yet prints Defeated. The contradiction is visually confirmed and remains unresolved; it is not silently relabelled Carried.
  2. 20-53/54/55/56 gave first and second readings to mill-rate 886 and property-class 887; final readings were postponed to March 10. 20-57 gave final reading to 885 after February 11’s repeated first and second readings.
  3. 20-58 rescinded Nattaq’s Search and Rescue mayoral-representative appointment: Brewster, Stevenson, Akumalik, Flaherty, Sheppard and Lucassie for; Awa abstained because he was unsure why Nattaq was removed. Bell cited attendance while explicitly saying that day’s absence was valid. 20-59 appointed Brewster representative. Nattaq remained a councillor; this was not removal from Council.
  4. 20-60 directed a banking-services RFP while Sheppard was outside. 20-61 directed a governance-training RFP; neither direction proves a contract or training occurred. 20-62 appointed Awa a marine-monitoring oversight chair, a committee role rather than a new elected seat.
  5. 20-63 supported filming The North Water; site and cultural concerns were discussed without a numbered fee waiver. 20-64 supported cooperative research, six for and Akumalik opposed. Loose-dog discussion requested more information without a numbered dog-catcher hire.
