  1. Three entries 20-96 to 20-98 are agenda, March 10 minute approval and adjournment. The curfew delegation was removed; no new curfew decision is inferred.
  2. Staff reported water demand above the daily target since January due to bleeds, leaks and increased COVID usage. Staff said the water-licence amendment effective April 1 allowed Apex-to-Geraldine pumping and required a Water Balance Assessment before pumping. This is an attributed account of licence conditions, not a substitute for the licence.
  3. A pumping tender was due April 16; freshet pumping and possible September–October top-up were planned. A long-term storage pre-feasibility study was expected in fall. Bell described pumping as a temporary, costly bridge while funding was sought for pipe and water work. No award, completed work or new numbered substantive vote appears at this meeting.
