No absence shown in the quarterly grid.
- Eighteen entries 20-99 to 20-116 include fifteen substantive actions and three procedural items. Three archive listings are one meeting. First readings of 892, 889 and 890 appear twice in different sections, under 20-101/112, 20-105/110 and 20-106/111. They count as numbered business entries, not six distinct amendments or verified legal-stage repetitions.
- 20-102 scheduled the 892 hearing for May 26, later postponed to June 9. 20-107 scheduled May 12 hearings on 889/890. 20-103/104 approved a development amendment and replacement survey; 20-108 approved a twelve-room Joamie Court boarding house. Permit approval is not evidence of construction or occupancy.
- 20-109/113 gave first and second readings to taxi amendment 893. Staff described sponsorship letters for both vehicles and drivers. Traffic Safety By-law 894 readings were removed, not defeated.
- 20-114 awarded Tower Arctic the 2020 Apex supplemental pumping construction contract at $687,960 without GST. The preceding narrative gives an unadjusted bid of $687,968 and NNI-adjusted evaluation of $546,795.15. Preserve the $8 discrepancy; the adjusted evaluation is not the award price. No completed pumping work or final expenditure is established.
- 20-115 directed drafting Innovation Committee Terms of Reference. Discussion about community membership does not appoint councillors or establish a committee’s operational start.
