DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Two numbered entries CA20-01/02 cover agenda and a Terms of Reference recommendation. The meeting adjourned without a numbered motion at 1:42 p.m. after Nowdlak and Paterson left and quorum was lost.
- CA20-02 recommended the committee Terms of Reference, separately approved by Council June 9 under 20-172. An elder representative was still being sought; no Council-seat appointment occurred.
- Staff discussed collapsing soil, grave shoring, drainage, permafrost and funeral-cost assistance gaps. Existing benefit rules were questioned and further clarification requested. These dated discussions are not verified current eligibility rules or an adopted financial-assistance program.
