DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Six numbered entries PD20-24 to PD20-29 include three substantive recommendations or a deferral. PD20-27 prints an initial ski-club proposal without a vote result; PD20-28 postpones it. The original proposal is not counted as an adopted permit or another substantive outcome.
- PD20-25/26 recommended three readings of land-disposal amendments 896/895, including affordable-housing lots. Council June 23 then recorded those readings; July 14 and 28 repeat stages. Preserve the overlap without treating it as distinct completed land disposals.
- PD20-28 deferred LUP20-001 so staff could resolve ski-club improvements and fee conditions. Discussion considered removing improvements versus permitting them with a fee. July 21’s revised recommendation is a separate action. No linked registry is posted.
