DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Four entries 20-241 to 20-244 include two substantive directions. Agenda and adjournment are procedural. The later Akumalik presence notation explains the changed tally without assigning him an opening vote.
- 20-242 directed business-licence amendments for food trucks. 20-243 directed an Iqaluit Humane Society memorandum and one-year lease for the occupied property.
- The Humane Society discussion raises dangerous-dog, insurance, facilities and organizational-status concerns. These remain attributed concerns, not independent findings of wrongdoing, an eviction or confirmation an agreement was signed. No Council membership change occurred.
