DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Thirteen entries 20-245 to 20-257 include six substantive items. Agenda, three minute approvals, closed-session transitions and adjournment are procedural. Two official archive listings are reconciled as one meeting, not duplicate attendance or motions.
- 20-249 and 20-251 both print first reading of 897; the intervening 20-250 gives first readings to 898/899. Preserve the duplicated stage rather than silently changing one to second reading. 20-252 gave final reading to amendment 892 after the June hearing and second reading.
- 20-253 supported a Natalie Carter research application, 7–1: Brewster, Stevenson, Flaherty, Nattaq, Sheppard, Lucassie and Awa for; Akumalik opposed. Research support does not establish a completed study.
- 20-256 awarded Phase 2 City Hall fit-up to owner-developer 5437 Nunavut. Compare August 11’s earlier contract and budget motions; do not infer independent spending or completion. No elected-member membership change is recorded.
