No absence shown in the quarterly grid.
- Two numbered entries EPW20-01/02 are agenda and adjournment. Presentations and cost estimates are not new contract awards or approved construction.
- The dam-safety presentation discussed seepage, permafrost warming, inspection and training needs, a public-safety plan and a deficiency list. Estimated repairs and monitoring costs are not confirmed spending or evidence the dam had failed.
- The long-term water presentation said Lake Geraldine was reaching its overwinter storage limit. It compared $195 million excavation within the lake, $132 million nearby excavation and a $64 million combined excavated and bermed reservoir. Broader estimates of $100 million storage and $19 million supply have different scope and are not added to the $64 million option.
- Staff described Unnamed Lake and Sylvia Grinnell source assessments and a 2026 supply/storage goal. A consultant said proposed storage would meet projected 2050 requirements. These dated projections are not completed works or today’s supported housing-unit count; December 8 later selected an option to pursue.
- Solid-waste presentations described a $36.5 million capital plan, funding arrangements, tender and commissioning targets, and an estimated 75-year landfill capacity. These are attributed planning figures, not a new numbered award or verified operating start date.
