- FIN20-06 recommended a tax exemption for Uquutaq Building 1077 and an affordable-housing tax class, 5–2: Bell, Brewster, Stevenson, Akumalik and Flaherty for; Nattaq and Awa opposed. Building 1079 was not included.
- FIN20-07 recommended periodic review of policy 669 Schedule A. FIN20-08 recommended midyear financial statements to June 30, not audited year-end statements.
- FIN20-09 recommended two Emergency Services staff at $220,000 and a $200,000 annual overtime-budget reduction. These figures do not establish a $20,000 net actual cost. FIN20-10 recommended COVID budget amendments; staff reported $92,000 GN operations funding.
