DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Three numbered entries CA20-03 to CA20-05 are agenda, prior minutes and adjournment. There is no numbered substantive recommendation.
- Discussion separates surface drainage and melting permafrost at the Apex cemetery. Staff described Dillon’s Phase 1 design, operational procedures, public consultation and a January 2021 design target. Procurement and construction would require later approval.
- Funeral fees, death-benefit access, burial policy and partner cost sharing were discussed. October 27 Council’s cost-sharing letter is a separate formal decision. The approval caption says City Council February 18, 2021; that date’s Cemetery record separately approves these minutes, so the caption is preserved as a discrepancy.
