Recorded absent

No absence shown in the quarterly grid.

  1. Eighteen entries 20-328 to 20-345 include twelve substantive items. Agenda, two minute approvals, closed-session transitions and adjournment are procedural.
  2. 20-336 appointed John Fawcett effective October 28, subject to eligibility checks described in the discussion. Lucassie’s resignation was acknowledged. Appointment is separate from the November 3 oath ceremony announced later; no oath is recorded at this Council meeting.
  3. 20-331/332/333 gave second readings to amendments 901/902/903 after the hearing. 20-334 cancelled December 22, 2020 and January 12, 2021 Council meetings. The heading and narrative say January 8; the operative motion says January 12, which is preserved.
  4. 20-335 nominated Awa to the Parks committee. 20-337 supported a housing-consultant funding application up to $100,000, with general-fund-balance support. Neither an application nor a budget establishes receipt of external money.
  5. 20-338 denied Kudlik DP20-043, later appealed to the Development Appeal Board. 20-339 approved the cabin action plan, 20-340 directed a burial-cost-sharing letter and 20-341 supported research.
  6. 20-344 awarded EXP the Reheat Stations Upgrades RFP for $127,140 plus GST. An award does not establish construction completion or final paid cost.
