DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Nine numbered entries PD20-60 to PD20-68 include five substantive recommendations. The minutes welcome newly appointed Fawcett but do not explicitly record his oath. No registry is linked.
- PD20-61 recommended CGS material-storage LUP20-007 for October 1 to April 30 and a $9,266 invoice. An invoice direction is not proof of payment. PD20-62 corrected Tower Arctic’s calculated land-use fee from $30,327.50 to $16,147.
- PD20-63 recommended SK20-009, splitting a Joamie lot for secondary suites, 4–3: Bell, Nattaq, Awa and Fawcett for; Brewster, Flaherty and Stevenson opposed. Sheppard was outside for his conflict.
- PD20-64 recommended a Development Officer appointment, a staff role rather than a Council seat. PD20-67 recommended a two-year Northern Futures planning contract beginning May 9, 2021.
- The renewed DP20-012 discussion describes six two-bedroom units, differing from October’s bedroom mix. No numbered approval or denial of that project occurs here; later proposals are separate records.
