- Four entries SPED20-08 to SPED20-11 include two substantive recommendations. Agenda and adjournment are procedural.
- SPED20-09 recommended reallocating $5,000 from a municipal-association meet and greet to City Hall public art. SPED20-10 recommended drafting a home-food-sales by-law. Council adopted separate motions November 24.
