No absence shown in the quarterly grid.

  1. Five entries DAB20-01 to DAB20-05 are agenda, prior minutes, closed-session transitions and adjournment. No numbered merits decision is printed. Williamson Bathory abstained on prior minutes because of a prior-hearing conflict; it was procedural.
  2. The Board heard Kudlik’s appeal of the October 27 refusal of DP20-043. These minutes promise a written decision within fifteen days, but do not contain that decision. February 9, 2021 Council later reports a reversal and authorizes a court challenge; the later report is not backdated as a named Board vote here.
  3. Board members Williams and Garbarczyk were sworn November 17, a Board appointment rather than a Council-seat change. The printed approval caption is October 23, 2024; it is preserved without assuming a 2020 approval date.
