  1. Eight numbered registry entries FIN21-01 to FIN21-08 include six substantive recommendations or a deferral. The minutes print FIN20-08 for adjournment; the 2021 registry supplies FIN21-08.
  2. FIN21-02 recommended forgiving general accounts receivable dated December 31, 2005 and earlier. Bell, Brewster, Stevenson, Akumalik, Awa and Fawcett are named for; Nattaq opposed, 6–1. Staff said missing records followed the 2005 financial-system crash; this was not a property-tax write-off.
  3. FIN21-03 recommended a sliding-scale non-profit tax policy and application. FIN21-04 recommended a moratorium on new exemptions pending that policy. Akumalik left for the YWCA delegation and exemption discussion and returned after each.
  4. FIN21-05 deferred mixed-use tax classification so members could receive the documents. FIN21-07 requested information on a vacant-unit tax, not adoption of that tax.
  5. FIN21-06 recommended $250 towing fees effective January 1. Both February 2 sources call it unanimous, but February 9 approved minutes explicitly correct Akumalik to opposed. That later named correction is preserved; other individual positions are not reconstructed from the earlier unanimous label. Council separately adopted the fee on February 9 under 21-27.
