DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Four entries TRC21-01 to TRC21-04 contain one substantive recommendation. This was described as the first meeting of the combined taxi committees.
- TRC21-03 recommended removing the livery-licence limit, with staff developing criteria and new applications reviewed by the Committee and recommended to Council. It did not itself amend the bylaw; Council adopted the recommendation on April 27 under 21-131.
- The discussion covered vehicle standards, dispatch sharing, bad-weather service and licensing criteria. Community and government representatives participated. Committee attendance is excluded from councillor comparisons.
