Recorded absent

No absence shown in the quarterly grid.

  1. Thirteen numbered entries 21-17 to 21-29 include nine substantive decisions. 21-19 approved the February 2 Finance minutes as amended and explicitly recorded Akumalik against FIN21-06; the posted Finance sources still show unanimous.
  2. 21-20 provided a Qaggiq housing-project support letter. It did not grant the requested land donation, tax waiver or infrastructure subsidy. 21-21 supported an Elections Act amendment requiring municipal members to take leave when declaring territorial candidacy; this was policy support, not an individual leave beginning.
  3. 21-22 authorized a court challenge to Development Appeal Board decision 20-01 concerning DP 20-043. Stevenson is named abstaining because he chaired that Board. Bell left the chair to speak and move the motion; Brewster chaired for this item. The registry reports seven for and one abstention, but does not name all seven supporting voters.
  4. 21-23 scheduled the March 9 hearing on housekeeping amendments 898/899. 21-24 directed adoption of a debt-forgiveness bylaw for old general receivables. 21-25/26 directed tax-policy drafting and a moratorium on new exemptions.
  5. 21-27 adopted $250 towing fees effective January 1 by a named 7–1 vote, Akumalik opposed. 21-28 requested vacant-unit-tax information. No mayor or councillor resignation, seat appointment or oath was recorded.
