Recorded absent

No absence shown in the quarterly grid.

  1. Twelve entries PD21-01 to PD21-12 include nine substantive recommendations or deferrals. PD21-04 is a procedural late delegation amendment and is excluded from substantive totals.
  2. PD21-02 recommended DP 20-018 and a rear-setback variance from 6 to 5.2 metres. PD21-03 recommended subdividing SK 20-011 with accessory-building compliance. Both name Brewster, Stevenson, Flaherty, Sheppard and Awa for; Nattaq and Fawcett opposed; Bell abstained because he was unsure what he was voting on. These are 5–2 with one abstention, not Council permit approvals.
  3. PD21-04 is labelled Defeated despite seven named for and Nattaq opposed. The result is preserved for clarification; no rule or reversal is inferred. The shelter discussion ultimately referred the matter to staff and arranged a later presentation without another numbered motion.
  4. PD21-05/06 both deferred DP 20-059 after the report incorrectly suggested two duplexes. Both numbered decisions are counted, not two developments. PD21-07 returned SK 20-012 for analysis; PD21-08 recommended DP 20-061 and a front-setback variance.
  5. PD21-09 recommended second readings of housekeeping amendments after the March 9 hearing. PD21-10 recommended starting subdivision planning to coincide with fresh-water supply; this did not certify a housing-unit capacity or authorize construction. PD21-11 requested possible telecom land. Council decisions followed on February 23.
