  1. Four entries EPW21-01 to EPW21-04 include two substantive recommendations. Fawcett departed after the long-term supply update and before EPW21-03.
  2. The 2020 Annual Water Report presentation said demand was 15 percent below 2019 and reported 43,000 cubic metres of supplemental water in 2020 versus 54,000 in 2019. Those are presentation figures, not an independently audited current supply balance. EPW21-02 recommended tabling the report; Council recorded acceptance and tabling separately on April 27.
  3. The long-term supply update described a reservoir near Lake Geraldine, source assessment of Sylvia Grinnell and Unnamed Lake, funding still sought and a 2026 completion goal. Stevenson said the project constrained development. These are dated plans, not completed storage or funding received.
  4. EPW21-03 recommended starting Operations Centre construction only once other governments funded the remaining balance. Staff described a $6 million City capital allocation and reasons to defer until 2022; this was not an unconditional construction award.
  5. Staff reported old Coke Plant occupancy concerns and monitoring or assessment at other facilities. The four-phase downtown sewer program had completed Phase One in November 2020 and tendered Phase Two. Staff said Phase Two would not immediately eliminate timed pump-outs. April 27 awards and May11 retendering decisions are separate later events.
