DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Five registry entries PD21-26 to PD21-30 include three substantive recommendations. The agenda approval is unnumbered in the minutes but numbered PD21-26 in the registry.
- PD21-27 recommended SK 20-010 to subdivide existing semi-detached properties; it did not approve additional dwellings. Members debated tenant security and home ownership, but no first-purchase condition was adopted. PD21-28 recommended library/museum lot-line resurvey SK 20-015.
- PD21-29 recommended the Nunavut Recovery Centre survey by a named 6–1 vote: Bell, Brewster, Sheppard, Stevenson, Fawcett and Flaherty for; Awa opposed. Awa raised hunters’ snowmobile access. The motion prints SK 20-107 alongside Sketch 20-017, a preserved identifier discrepancy also seen at Council on April 27.
