No absence shown in the quarterly grid.
- Eight numbered entries PD 21-31 to PD 21-38 match the registry. Six substantive recommendations or referrals are distinct from Council approval on May 27.
- PD 21-32/33 recommended land-acquisition bylaws 915 and 916 for Lots 669 and 667. PD 21-34 recommended accepting airport land only after environmental assessment and final review established the green category. Yellow land was not to be accepted until cleared. A proposed requirement to price new leases at assessed value was removed pending comparison information.
- PD 21-35 recommended extending construction on Lot 215 from December 1, 2021 to December 1, 2023. A requested increase from 16 to 22 dwelling units lacked the amended parking site plan at this meeting; the extension motion itself does not approve six extra units.
- PD 21-36 referred the proposed Apex six-unit row-dwelling planning amendments back for analysis, with Sheppard outside for conflict. It did not approve those homes.
- PD 21-37 recommended school-related Survey Sketch SK 20-014. Staff said the impact study was incomplete and suggested adding identified studies; mover and seconder did not respond and the motion remained unchanged. The record does not establish a completed impact assessment.
