DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Eleven numbered entries 21-173 to 21-183 match the registry, with seven substantive decisions. Agenda, two minute approvals and adjournment are procedural.
- 21-176 to 21-179 gave first and second readings to acquisition bylaws 915/916 for Lots 669/667. The May 27 record already states these readings under 21-164/165. The repeated stages remain flagged rather than combined or silently corrected.
- 21-180 designated the senior corporate-services director as acting CAO whenever the CAO was on leave. This is an administrative designation, not a mayor or councillor appointment.
- 21-181 supported the COVID consequences research application; 21-182 proclaimed June 20 the Longest Day of Smiles. Brewster described future municipal MMIWG action-plan work through Public Safety, but no numbered motion adopted a completed plan here.
