  1. Eleven numbered entries 21-206 to 21-216 match the registry, with four substantive decisions. 21-207 deferred June 22 minute approval for named-attribution corrections. The registry prints six for alongside Deferred, but the narrative says approval was postponed; no adopted minute approval is inferred.
  2. 21-210 approved the Mayor’s Housing Task Force interim report. The presentation identified infrastructure and land shortages, high development costs and reservoir capacity. Discussion considered rehabilitating existing buildings and denser redevelopment in serviced areas, with possible interim water upgrades. This did not establish a supported-unit capacity or approve construction.
  3. The housing presentation’s reported rent figures were challenged as too low for 2021. Household statistics and proposed policy models remain attributed to the presentation. A potential land plebiscite was discussed, not authorized.
  4. 21-211 provided full-time City employees and immediate families, up to two adults and three children, free Aquatic Centre access. Tax implications were raised; a statement that there was no direct dollar cost is not an audited finding of zero financial impact.
  5. 21-212/213 supported cannabis/FASD and JUSTNORTH research applications. Some Inuktitut statements were omitted because the English audio lacked interpretation. Those gaps remain visible and distinct question counts stay pending; untranslated comments are not attributed or invented.
