  1. Seven numbered entries 21-283 to 21-289 match the registry, with five substantive proposals, including defeated 21-286. Four substantive decisions carried.
  2. 21-284 closed non-essential services for September 30 Truth and Reconciliation. Stevenson, Sheppard, Awa and Flaherty are named for; Akumalik opposed, preferring the last Friday in September. The 4–1 vote is not evidence of opposition to reconciliation itself.
  3. 21-285 awarded the sewage Lift Station Temporary Bypass at $402,461.50 plus GST, with estimated $60,000 plus GST engineering supervision. Pre-purchased pumps at $102,738.50 were removed from the original tender total. Do not double count those amounts or confuse this sewer bypass with the later water-treatment bypass.
  4. 21-286, a $195,821.18 plus GST exterior accessibility ramp change order, was defeated 1–4. Akumalik for; Sheppard, Stevenson, Flaherty and Awa opposed. Members discussed cost and alternative ramps while supporting accessibility. 21-287 separately approved $100,446 in interior renovation changes, not the defeated ramp.
  5. 21-288 adopted wastewater operating support and safety measures. The presentation included an $85,000 expert visit, $130,000 exhaust estimate, $30,000 yearly control support for three years and $20,000 plus disbursements for manuals. These are components described to Council, not one certified paid total.
