  1. Sixteen numbered entries 21-290 to 21-305 match the registry; eight substantive items exclude agenda, four minute approvals, closed-session transitions and adjournment.
  2. 21-295 authorized a Sport Nunavut funding application for arena equipment, not receipt. 21-296 approved $101,820 in Northern Futures planning support; staff described salary offsets, not proof of final savings. 21-297 authorized AWG change-room and youth-floor design and a consultant RFP, not a construction award.
  3. 21-298 cancelled regular Council December 28 with an emergency-meeting option. 21-299 granted Akumalik election-candidate leave under section 17.1. The agenda says until October 25; the operative motion gives no start date. The exact interval remains held.
  4. 21-300 gave first and second readings to acquisition 919 and disposal 920. October 26 later records these readings again under 21-338 to 21-341. The overlap is flagged, not silently combined or interpreted as a corrected stage.
  5. 21-301 gave first readings to recovery-centre planning amendments and ordered public notice. 21-302 approved SK 21-010 subdivision. Awa asked for the taxi-safety follow-up and Bell referred to October 4 Public Safety; those later minutes report six RCMP home visits.
