Recorded absent

No absence shown in the quarterly grid.

  1. Three motions 21-331 to 21-333 match the registry. Agenda and adjournment are procedural; 21-332 extended the local water-quality emergency. Eligible unanimous support is reconstructed, not individually named.
  2. Staff reported remediation, ongoing flushing and testing, and a historic underground fuel spill adjacent to the treatment plant. Satisfactory test results were to be submitted to Public Health to determine when the Do Not Consume order could be lifted. The extension did not itself lift that order.
  3. Staff reported more than 310,000 litres of bottled water distributed over 13 days. This is an attributed emergency-distribution update, not an audited final volume or reservoir-storage measurement. The meeting ran from 5:45 to 5:53 p.m., separately from Council #27.
