DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Three motions 21-352 to 21-354 match the registry. Agenda and adjournment are procedural; 21-353 extended the local water-quality emergency. Eligible unanimous support is reconstructed, not individually named.
- Staff reported satisfactory recent treatment results and preparation of engineering certification and other reporting for Public Health. The Do Not Consume order still required the Chief Public Health Officer to lift it. These minutes did not lift the advisory.
- Staff discussed the military mobile reverse-osmosis unit, planned filling depots and a reported water-licence amendment for river withdrawal. These are dated operating updates, not the licence instrument itself or confirmed later deployment. The meeting ran from noon to 12:14 p.m.
