DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Three motions 21-377 to 21-379 match the registry. Agenda and adjournment are procedural; 21-378 extended the local water-quality emergency. Eligible unanimous support is reconstructed, not individually named.
- The meeting ran from 5:50 to 5:54 p.m., separately from the Planning committee that evening. Fawcett asked whether the GN had provided further information since the previous night’s Council meeting; staff said there were no further updates.
