Recorded absent

Sheila Flaherty

  1. The complete two-page minutes contain no numbered motion or vote. The hearing opened at 5:48 p.m. and closed at 5:49 p.m. after three calls for public representations; none were received. No motion registry is linked.
  2. The subject was General Plan and Zoning amendments for a recovery centre north of Toonik Pond in the future Tundra Ridge development area. The hearing minutes associate General Plan with bylaw 925 and Zoning with 926; the subsequent Council readings associate 925 with Zoning and 926 with General Plan. That document identification discrepancy remains flagged.
  3. Akumalik and Sheppard left after declaring conflicts. The separate Council minutes that followed list both present, record no declaration of interest and identify them as movers of the related readings 22-64 and 22-65. The registry gives six unanimous votes on each. The hearing exception is preserved and individual attribution on those Council readings is held for clarification.
  4. Hearing attendance is separate from the following Council meeting: Flaherty is absent here but present remotely at Council. No public representations is not a measure of community support or opposition.
