  1. Only motions 22-152 and 22-153 are recorded, adopting the agenda and adjourning. No substantive formal motion was made. The presentation and questions were substantial discussion, but do not add approval votes or contract authority.
  2. WSP presented its water-quality emergency investigation, explaining its assessment of two distinct hydrocarbon events in October 2021 and January 2022, the treatment bypass, monitoring, exposed water-stop material and recommended tank remediation and return-to-service planning. These are attributed findings presented in May 2022, not a new independent technical assessment or a statement about current drinking-water safety.
  3. The minutes record questions from Sheppard, Bell, Nattaq and Curley on other contamination sources, seasonal site assessment, testing, product certification and installation. Awa’s departure occurred during the presentation and explains the reduced closing tally. Distinct question counts await audio review.
  4. The minutes also record internet difficulties preventing the live-stream presentation. An official audio recording is linked. Remediation recommendations are not themselves a construction award or proof that the plant returned to normal service.
