DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Motions 22-154 through 22-158 match the registry. Agenda, prior-minute approval and adjournment were procedural. Two substantive decisions were recorded with six unanimous votes, consistent with Bell chairing.
- Motion 22-156 approved a $41,403.70 plus GST EXP change order for lift station bypass and cleaning. This is an amendment for extended services, not the full lift station project cost or evidence of final expenditure.
- Motion 22-157 approved a meteorology station and evaporation instrument on an island in Unnamed Lake, with an Administration meeting to implement lake-access protocols. The delegation described observational research on snow, evaporation, permafrost and water quantity and quality. Permission for equipment does not prove installation or provide a completed lake recharge or housing-capacity calculation.
- The minutes group some delegation questions without identifying each speaker. Statements on other matters are recorded separately and must not be treated as adopted motions. Distinct question counts remain pending audio review.
