  1. Motions 22-159 through 22-194 match the registry. Agenda, four previous-minute approvals, two closed-session transitions and adjournment were procedural. Twenty-eight substantive decisions were recorded. Unanimous motions have six votes for without individual names; five split motions have positions named in the minutes.
  2. Motion 22-166, bylaw 938 second reading, carried with Awa, Akumalik, Nattaq and Stevenson for; Curley opposed; Sheppard abstaining due to his declared conflict. Bell chaired. The registry’s four for, one against and one abstention reconcile with the minutes. Sheppard must not be counted as supporting it.
  3. Motions 22-176, requesting non-government commercial electricity rates, and 22-189, the LUP 22-011 explosives-storage permit, each carried 5–1: Awa, Akumalik, Curley, Sheppard and Stevenson for; Nattaq opposed. The rate request does not establish that Qulliq Energy Corporation granted the requested rate.
  4. Motions 22-180, the Joamie Court duplex and variance, and 22-181, the subdivision sketch, each carried 5–1: Awa, Akumalik, Curley, Nattaq and Sheppard for; Stevenson opposed. These were separate Council decisions following May 16 committee recommendations, with Bell chairing instead of voting.
  5. Motion 22-179 approved the Butler Building call for proposals and $1 lot disposal price. Motions 22-182 through 22-189 approved eight land use permits and annual rent of 7.5 percent of land value. These are authorizations, not evidence of completed transfers, remediation or rent collected.
  6. Council gave first and second readings to Creekside land disposal bylaw 939, followed by final reading June 14. It gave final readings to bylaws 925, 926 and 934, awarded $426,000 plus GST for Hanson Drive improvements, supported the Food Box Program, permitted school Pride crosswalk painting, retained the temporary face-covering bylaw pending review, appointed an acting CAO and appointed Sheppard alternative deputy mayor. Motion 22-193 authorized a five-year data management system agreement for $191,274.80 plus GST after returning to public session. Contract amounts are not final expenditure or proof of completion.
