  1. Motions 22-195 through 22-208 match the registry. Agenda, two previous-minute approvals, two closed-session transitions and adjournment were procedural. Eight substantive decisions were recorded. The five-for tallies reconcile with six present and Bell chairing.
  2. Motion 22-198 gave third and final reading to Creekside land disposal bylaw 939, following May 24 first and second readings. Motion 22-199 supported the Billy Ford Memorial Tournament beer-garden special event permit. These are distinct bylaw and permit-support decisions.
  3. Motion 22-200 awarded $140,000 plus GST in West 40 landfill cover material. Motion 22-201 awarded $201,903.85 plus GST for Phase 1 Apex Bridge replacement design, not bridge construction. Motion 22-202 awarded a water truck supply contract for $287,690 including surcharge, plus GST. Forecast delivery timing is not proof that the truck arrived.
  4. Motion 22-203 approved $495,500 plus GST in thermosiphon pre-purchases for the Operations Centre foundation. This is separate from June 28’s construction contract, not another award of that contract.
  5. Motion 22-204 approved entering a $600,000 Government of Nunavut contribution agreement to offset water-emergency and remediation costs. The minutes report other support and discuss draft financial figures, but this motion alone is not a complete audited emergency-cost reconciliation or evidence of an annual supplemental-pumping total. Motion 22-205 carried a housing-crisis research application.
