- The complete published minutes contain a water-supply presentation and discussion, with no numbered motion or formal vote. No registry is linked on the archive entry. The presentation did not itself select or approve a water-source option.
- The presentation compared Unnamed Lake summer-only and year-round supply with a Sylvia Grinnell River summer option. Administration recommended Unnamed Lake summer operations, citing operating requirements and consultation. These are June 2022 recommendations and assumptions, not evidence of current capacity or completed infrastructure.
- The minutes attribute questions to Sheppard and Stevenson about planning duration, lake recharge, fisheries, reservoirs, permitting, consultation and construction timing. Experts said the yearly recharge study was incomplete and discussed additional data and licence requirements. Proposed costs excluded reservoir construction, so they must not be read as the total long-term project cost.
- The eventual summer-only recommendation was separately recorded August 25 under EPW 22-06 and adopted by Council September 13 under 22-321. Forecast design and construction dates in this presentation are not verified completion dates.
