DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- The City’s March 3, 2026 committee review explicitly reports no substantive motions at the July 14, 2022 Recreation meeting. This supports a zero substantive classification, but no complete procedural count or attendance roll. Its Meeting #02 label conflicts with the archive’s #03; the date is preserved and the numbering discrepancy remains visible.
- Agenda topics include bylaw review, capital project updates and summer programming. Listed projects include arena and ice-plant work, aquatic-centre chlorination, trailheads, wayfinding, Happy Valley playground, Elders Qammaq and floor repairs. These are scheduled topics, not confirmed decisions or completed work.
