DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- PD 22-51 through PD 22-57 match the registry. Agenda and adjournment were procedural. Five substantive recommendations or deferrals carried unanimously, without numeric tallies or individually named votes. No individual support is inferred from the committee tally alone.
- PD 22-52 recommended an accessory building and area and height variances. PD 22-53 recommended an Apex mixed-use daycare and four dwelling units with parking and side-yard variances. The minutes describe demolition of an existing duplex, so four proposed units are not four net additional homes. PD 22-54 recommended community-centre vestibule work and a side-yard variance. Council separately approved these under 22-264 through 22-266 on July 26.
- PD 22-55 deferred the fees recommendation until September for further information. It did not adopt fees. PD 22-56 recommended first and second readings of the land disposal bylaw for Lot 20, Block 206, Plan 3474. Council recorded readings on both July 26 and August 9; the repeated stages remain flagged rather than merged.
- The City minutes filename says June 19, but the printed meeting date, archive entry and registry identify July 19, 2022.
