DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- PD 22-58 through PD 22-60 match the registry. Agenda and adjournment were procedural. PD 22-59 unanimously recommended an 18-unit stacked row dwelling permit and four parking, retaining-wall and height variances. The committee registry gives no numeric tally or named individual positions.
- The minutes describe replacing one existing six-unit building while retaining another, for a proposed total of 24 units on the site. The 18 approved new units therefore should not be treated as 18 net additional units. Council separately approved the permit and variances August 23 under 22-300; neither record confirms completed housing.
- The Q2 development report was presented without a motion. Discussion about parking and unit sizes is recorded separately from the carried permit recommendation.
