DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- Motions 22-284 through 22-286 match the registry. Agenda and adjournment were procedural. Motion 22-285 awarded Arctic Foundations of Canada an $814,500 plus GST thermosyphon supply contract for the solid waste transfer station. The registry records five unanimous votes without individually named positions.
- The minutes explain that thermosyphon supply was removed from the larger project tender and procured separately to meet the expected sealift and installation schedule. This is a separate supply award, not the later September 27 waste transfer station construction award.
- Staff said suitable stored material could reduce the cost by $45,000. The carried motion still states $814,500 plus GST; the discussion is not proof of an amended award, final invoice or actual saving.
