DECISIONS AND ISSUES
- EPW 22-04 through EPW 22-07 match the registry. Agenda and adjournment were procedural. EPW 22-05 and EPW 22-06 were substantive unanimous recommendations without numeric tallies or named individual positions.
- EPW 22-05 recommended a granular-material supply award of $478,992 plus GST in 2022 and $493,600 plus GST in 2023, conditional on 2023 budget approval. Council separately awarded this under 22-320 on September 13.
- EPW 22-06 recommended Option 1, summer-only Unnamed Lake supplementation, as the preferred long-term water-source design. Council separately adopted the direction under 22-321 on September 13. The minutes preserve discussion of winter maintenance, replenishment data, permitting and reservoir expansion; the recommendation is not evidence that the system had been constructed.
- The committee also received emergency-pumping and capital-plan updates without further numbered motions. Project forecasts and proposed milestones are not completed expenditure or confirmed completion dates. One interior minutes heading incorrectly says August 23; the cover, registry and City archive identify this meeting as August 25.
