  1. PD 22-61 through PD 22-67 match the registry. Agenda and adjournment were procedural. PD 22-62 through PD 22-66 were five unanimous committee recommendations without numeric tallies or individually named positions; council decisions came separately on September 27.
  2. PD 22-62 recommended a waste transfer facility development permit; PD 22-63 a 13-month land use permit for a 1.4-hectare West 40 area; PD 22-64 disposing of a Joamie Court lot to Habitat for Humanity for non-market housing at a 25 percent discount. Council later approved these under 22-335 through 22-337. A recommendation or disposal approval does not establish completed construction or transfer.
  3. PD 22-65 recommended fees bylaw readings and PD 22-66 recommended initiating Parcel 1 lot acquisitions while holding Lot P until remediation. Council separately acted under 22-338 and 22-339.
  4. Sheppard declared a conflict on the Apex construction extension and related permit. The chair said quorum was lost and both were deferred, so neither received a September 20 motion or vote. The committee reconsidered them October 18 under PD 22-69 and PD 22-70.
